To become the definitive resource for individuals who require facial reconstruction as a result of domestic violence and other violent crimes, accidents or other injuries.
 
Mission
To provide medical treatment and reconstructive surgery to individuals in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky communities who have suffered facial disfigurement as a result of domestic violence and other violent crimes and who cannot afford private care. Through partnerships with local organizations, the Facial Foundation will provide financial, emotional and physical assistance to these individuals.
